Construction Setout
Our setout ensures that your structure (a new shed or a multi storey building) is in the right place.
Each survey requires the accurate location of the boundaries by field survey and checks against the existing survey plans. The design is checked to ensure that it meets the setback requirements and then uploaded onto a data recorder/computer that allows efficient setout of the design in the field.
Once this is done it is easy to return for later stages and replace the same points in exactly the same location, for example, returning to pin the footings or walls after the foundations are poured.
Form 16 setout certificates are issued once the blockwork commences and has been checked, height certificates are issued after the roof is completed and checked in the field
The service includes setout of services and all the necessary as constructed work to verify their location upon completion.
We will ensure that information is ADAC compliant where required and suitable plans and files are produced to comply with the relevant council requirements.
